My stay here was nothing short of magical. The thermal outdoor pool offered serenity, while the breathtaking views of the lake made every moment special. The Grand Hotel Terme offered stunning lake views and a relaxing thermal pool experience. Breakfasts impressed with fresh pastries and various juices. Attentive staff made sure I felt welcomed. The location is perfect, just steps from the castle and old town. However, the noise from outside was a bit distracting at night. The TV had limited channels, which was disappointing for evening entertainment. I found the dinner pricing a bit high for the portion sizes. I expected more from a 5-star hotel regarding the breakfast variety. a few more hot dishes would enhance the experience significantly.

The location overlooking Lake Garda is stunning! ! I loved the peaceful atmosphere despite being close to the vibrant town. The cleanliness everywhere was remarkable, and the staff was incredibly helpful.

I was extremely disappointed during my stay. The bathroom shower situation was a nightmare, having to awkwardly climb over the bath was not only uncomfortable, but also dangerous. This is not what I expect from a hotel of this standing. It's frustrating that a simple walk-in shower design was overlooked.
